Xmas Cheer

Xmas Cheer, also widely known as Christmas Cheer, is a popular early-flowering camellia cultivar valued for its cheerful soft pink blooms that brighten the garden around the Christmas season. It is generally recognized as a Camellia japonica cultivar and is especially prized for its abundance of medium-sized flowers borne in the early camellia season. The blooms are typically semi-double, with clear yellow stamens visible at the center, and the petals are soft shell-pink to light pink, sometimes deeper toward the petal edges and paler near the center. The plant is usually vigorous and upright to bushy in habit, with glossy dark green evergreen foliage that provides an attractive backdrop to the flowers.
